Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once order processing starts, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item on arrival

Conditions:

  • Return request within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide photos/video proof
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

3. No Return / No Exchange For

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address/customer unavailable for COD confirmation
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences
  • Used or damaged by customer after delivery

4. Refund Policy

Refund is issued only after return verification.

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit

Processing time:

  • 5–10 business days

5. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery timelines are estimates.
  • Delays caused by courier, customs, weather, or peak season are outside our control.

6. Cash on Delivery Refusal

For COD orders:

  • Please place orders only if you intend to accept delivery.
  • Repeated fake/refused orders may lead to future restrictions

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
